Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Technology
Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Contract: 6 months initially, with potential extension to 12 months

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to support complex technology engagements for major enterprise customers across Australia.
This is a highly customer-facing role, working closely with enterprise clients, technical consultants, solution architects and engineers to deliver projects involving Elastic / Elasticsearch technologies, search, observability, data and cloud platforms.
The role sits within a Professional Services environment, combining project delivery, customer management, technical coordination and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise technology projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Act as the key delivery contact for enterprise customers.
• Build strong relationships with technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, workshops and governance forums.
• Coordinate technical consultants, architects, engineers and customer teams.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery changes.
• Provide clear project reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure projects remain aligned to customer expectations and agreed outcomes.
• Work closely with Sales, Account Management and Customer Success teams.

About You

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, software, data or digital projects.
• Strong enterprise customer and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience working with technical teams, engineers or solution architects.
• Strong project governance, risk and dependency management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to operate confidently in technically complex environments.

Desirable Experience

• Enterprise Search | Observability | Data | Cloud | Cybersecurity / SIEM | DevOps | SaaS | Software | Infrastructure | Systems Integration
• Candidates from technology vendors, Professional Services, Systems Integrators, cloud providers, cybersecurity organisations, SaaS companies or enterprise technology consultancies would be well suited.
